This issue we have a review by Terry Small of the almost ready to run Graupner model of Graf Spee and the FREE PLAN is for a Harbour Defence Motor Launch designed by Dave Metcalf. This plan has been in the MyHobbyStore Plans Service since 1984 and a styrene vac-formed hull is also available from us to make the construction project so much easier. The original build articles from 1984 are on our website and are easy to view. Within this magazine we have included some useful current building advice for the modeller wishing to build this model. There is an interesting historical article by Keith Julier on WW2 airborne lifeboats plus Glynn Guest has supplied a 'Hints and Tips' piece on the use of a meter when checking and improving electrical installations. The Gallery is by Fraser Gray and is of the Essex Police Marine Unit and we also have the usual regulars of Range Finder, Focus on Scale, Collectors' Corner Minis, OMRA News as well as show reports and other useful modelling tips.
