ON THE COVER - Top: At Farnborough the Airbus A320 company demonstrator gave a polished performance in the flying display, but by way of a change we show a production aircraft for the Australian airline Ansett, first customer for the type outside Europe. Below: Maryan Pozar's colour art shows. JRV Acrobatic team Sabres late 1960; 11109 with 11093 banking. Other team aircraft were 11065, 11101 and 11117. Drop tanks, when carried were usually in natural metal and there were no black stripes under the rear fuselage; 11093 has a natural metal nozzle area panel.
